Standards of Excellence

There are a handful of races around the world that have set the standards of excellence in open water swimming. These races focus on providing adequate safety for all competitors.

They promote their event on television, radio, newspaper and online and have great customer service. They invite a mix of world-class athletes and go to great lengths to introduce newcomers to the sport.

They establish a great ambience at the venue and make online registration easy.

They also provide VIP seating, media access and immediate post-race results. By providing photos, videos and results to be known, their races continue to grow in size, sponsorship and exposure.
